Teriyaki Kabobs


2-3 lbs round steak-- 1 inch strips
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. orange juice
1 t. ground ginger
2 t. sugar
1 pressed garlic clove

Blend liquids in blender and then add meat to marinate for at least an hour. Weave back and forth on skewers. Grill. Serves 4-6
