Breakfast Bake with Bisquick

Breakfast Bake

4 c. frozen hash browns
1- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. sausage/ham/bacon (cook before adding to the mixture)
1 c. Bisquick
3 c. milk
3 eggs beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
Green chili, optional

Heat oven to 375. Spray 13X9 pan. In medium bowl mix potatoes, cheese, and sausage. Spread in baking dish. In the same bowl stir Bisquick mix, eggs, and milk. Pour over potato mixture. Add seasoning and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.

Do you have to cook the bacon or sausage before you mix it together?

ha yes i should add that. my teacher didnt mention that on the recipe
