Russian Chicken

This was super-easy and tasty. Simply throw everything in a pan and bake. I love those kinds of recipes. And I hadn't ever had this before today, but I'd heard about it a few times before and so, naturally, I was curious to give it a try. Here it is:

8 oz. Russian Salad Dressing (half a bottle)
8 oz. Apricot-Pineapple Jelly (half a bottle)
1 pkg. Onion Soup Mix
2-3 Chicken breasts, cut in half

Mix dressing, jelly, and soup mix and pour over chicken. Bake at 350º for 45 min. Serve over rice.
