Italian Chicken Fingers with Bisquick

1 pkg chicken breast tenders, not breaded, not cooked
1 egg, beaten
1 1/4 cups Bisquick mix
1 Tb Italian seasoning
3 Tb better, melted
1 cup tomato pasta sauce
Preheat oven to 450˚. Spray large pan with cooking spray. In medium bowl, toss chicken and egg.
In large re-sealable bag, place Bisquick and Italian seasoning, and shake to mix. Add chicken and shake to coat. Place chicken in pan. Drizzle with butter.
Bake 14-16 minutes, turning the chicken once, until the chicken is brown and crisp. Serve with pasta sauce.

This turned out really well. It made for good finger food, and would go well with fries or tatter tots.
