Apple Puffed German Pancakes

1 Stick butter
1-2 Apples, peeled & sliced
1 C. Flour
3 T. Sugar
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t. Cinnamon
6 Eggs
1 1/2 C. Milk
1 t. Vanilla
Brown Sugar for Sprinkling

Melt butter and apples in 9x13 pan in oven while preheating to 425 F. Mix other ingredients and pour over apples and butter. Sprinkle a little brown sugar over the top and bake for 17-20 minutes.

Top with: brown sugar, almond slices and syrup.

Best when Hot out of oven!
