My kids LOVE these! They usually never last more than one day around our house. I add more choc. chips because.....I like chocolate!
1/2 Cup Margarine
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 Egg
1 Cup Pumpkin
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Cinnamon
2 1/2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
optional: 1/2 Cup diced Almonds or other nuts
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes
